here i sit touched from the inside out
my mind is full
my heart feels love
my emotions are so intense they are vibrating my soul
i feel!
one word or many
a thought or a thousand
one soul to another to another to another
a heart so filled with fuel it can't help but erupt onto others
paradise inside a soul
only harboring things of pleasure
all else is released in a flow of toxic tears
the kind that cleanse all negative emotion
leaving me feeling light and free
emotion so raw it becomes explosive
both inward and outward
i'm not afraid
it's ok to feel so long as i continue to just be...
